  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, city, social media profile, referral source and anything else you share when you request an invitation, join our list, contact us or buy tickets.
  • Event information: tickets purchased, events attended, guest names you register and preferences such as dietary needs.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by third-party payment and ticketing providers. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Automatic information: when you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and similar usage data through cookies, pixels and analytics tools.
  • Photos and video: our events may be photographed or recorded (see our Terms of Service).

Email and text messages

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may send event updates and marketing messages using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
